Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the booking of accommodation at the tourist rental La Dolce Vita, located at Via Greve 16, owned and managed by Luigi Campoli.

2. Bookings

Bookings may be made through the website, via third-party platforms (e.g. Booking, Airbnb), or by contacting the property manager directly. A booking is considered confirmed only upon written confirmation from the manager and, where required, upon payment of a deposit or the full amount of the stay.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Euros and refer to a single room, unless otherwise specified. Payment may be made by bank transfer, payment card, cash, or online platforms. Any tourist tax, if applicable and not included in the price, must be paid on site in accordance with current regulations.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval by the manager.

5. Cancellation Policy Cancellation conditions vary depending on the selected rate and will be communicated at the time of booking. For bookings made through third-party platforms, the cancellation policies indicated on the relevant platform shall apply.

6. House Rules

Guests agree to:

• use the accommodation with care and respect;
• not exceed the maximum number of allowed guests;
• comply with house rules and respect neighborhood regulations;
• avoid causing damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment.
• Any damage caused will be charged to the responsible guest.

7. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

8. Liability

The manager shall not be held liable for:

• theft, loss, or damage to guests’ personal belongings;
• service disruptions caused by force majeure events, including utility outages or natural events.

9. Personal Data Processing

Personal data provided by users are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For further information, please refer to the website’s Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments to the Terms

The manager reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall become effective upon publication on the website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, in accordance with applicable law; in all other cases, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the place where the property is located.
